Refunds & Exchange Policy

At The Laughing Pug, we are dedicated to providing our customers with top-quality coffee, Belgium drinking chocolate, coffee swag, coffee grinders, brewing equipment, apparel, digital files assets, chocolate covered coffee beans, mugs, travel mugs, filters, cold brew equipment, coffee body scrub, and any other items we offer. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a straightforward refund policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Here's how our refund policy works:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and apparel must be unworn.

Process:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund or exchange.

  2. Send the item(s) back to The Laughing Pug Coffee Company, Unit 4/18 Prosper Crescent, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220, Australia for inspection.

  3. We will process your refund request within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

  4. You will receive an email from us notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  5. Refund: If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.


Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check with your bank and credit card company first. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Exceptions:

  • Sale items: Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for the same item.

  • Gifts: If the item was a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
